Apartamentos Parque Tropical en Lanzarote

We visit Lanzarote every Easter as a family of 3 (2adults and 1 child) and have now been to Parque Tropical for 2 years in a row. The apartments are very clean and spacious. Located very centrally, but similarly quiet too. Lovely staff. We've already booked to come back again! Love this place.

It was our first time at the Parque Tropical and will not be our last. This is our 7th time in Lanzarote and thought we'd try a new hotel. The place is extremely relaxed and best suited (in my opinion) for couples. We originally had concerns around if the hotel had air conditioning, however all rooms have now had A/C installed in the bedroom. This is plenty to keep the whole apartment cool which was an extremely welcomed relief. We also had concerns about a 'salt water' pool as we'd never experienced one before. I can honestly say, it is so much better than a standard chlorine pool as your eyes do not burn and skin feels much better! The salt is so minimal you won't notice it. The music around the pool is relaxed with no loud Boom Boom. Food is available at the pool serviced by Nico's restaurant which is also fantastic. The room was pretty standard with a kitchenette and fantastic bathroom. Cleaned every other day and was spotless. Location is great with a 2-min walk to the front with beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. For the price, you cannot fault this place and we cannot wait to return.

There is a morning queue at 9am for sun beds. This is so annoying (not the hotel's fault), as people will place a towel on their chosen bed then head out for the day. Every day we saw beds under umbrella's not used all day, then towels removed at 5pm as they went back to the room, when other people had to lie on bed directly in the sun. There are plenty of beds - just extremely inconsiderate people! Oh and the sun beds are really comfy.

The cleanliness, rip in the sheets , myself and my 2 friends bought bleach and washed it all as there was pubic hair on the wall in the bathroom.
