De website wekte de indruk van een grote keten van Spaanse hotels met mooie slaapkamers zonder personeel. We moesten wel met paspoort inchecken. Ii was mijn paspoort kwijt maar heb het wel digitaal per mail toegestuurd. Geen probleem: ik zou telefonisch een code ontvangen. Die heb ik niet gekregen. Wat we zagen was bij aankomst desolaat. Sleutelkluisje en een folder met goedkoop ingerichte studio’s en een gemeenschappelijk keukenblokje. Ik probeerde in te checken maar dat lukte niet. Mijn telefoon liep vast. Uiteindelijk heeft mijn vrouw een kamer gereserveerd bij Bel Air in Estartie.
