Hotel stupendo, posizione eccezionale per trekking, trail, giocare con i bambini all’esterno per parco giochi attrezzatissimo proprio fuori dalla struttura. C’è la seggiovia che porta direttamente al paese di santa Cristina se non si volesse proprio muovere l’auto. La junior suite bellissima, con due bagni e pavimento senza moquette con vista sul monte Sassolungo! Piscina riscaldata interna e 3 vasche Idromassaggio esterne calde. In più c’è una piscina bellissima interna riscaldata per i bambini ad acqua bassa con i giochi. C’è vicino all’hotel la possibilità di noleggio di bici elettriche. Si mangia molto bene e aperti a variazioni del menù per persone vegane. Massaggi stupendi, Anna è bravissima!

The view was amazing, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was very nice. We upgraded to a larger room with a mountain-facing view, which was definitely worth it. The facilities, including the pool and spa, were excellent, and the teams in both restaurants were fantastic and took great care of us throughout our stay. Having the cable car just a two-minute walk from the hotel was a real bonus, and the walk down the mountain was absolutely stunning. We had the à la carte dinner, which was excellent. Parking was also very easy, and the hotel was great for our dog, who had an amazing time exploring the grounds and enjoying the walks.

객실 안에 커프포트가 없다. 차를 마실 수 있는 도구가 하나도 없다. 냉장고도 없다. 생수 한 병도 없다. 사 먹어야 한다. 프론트데스크 직원이 일을 못한다. 느리다.

Stunning views! Fantastic staff! Great food options from morning to late evening! Amazing facilities with tones of things for kids to do, and their parent too ;)
