Ambiente confortevole ed accogliente, personale qualificato e super disponibile , specialmente nella persona di Carlo Maria che ci ha seguiti in maniera impeccabile. Colazione perfetta...ma soprattutto la cena che è stata una vera e propria esperienza culinaria. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Una location immersa nelle montagne, strategica per visitare percorsi naturalistici piacevoli. Struttura ben servita e buona colazione. Presenti tavolo da ping pong e una scacchiera a grandezza naturale, entrambi utilizzabili. Piacevoli gli spazi verdi esterni.

Siamo arrivati alle 16.40, quasi 2h dopo il check-in previsto e la nostra stanza non era ancora stata pulita quindi abbiamo dovuto attendere. Quando, dopo esserci sistemati, abbiamo chiesto informazioni per l'accesso in SPA non è stato possibile farlo perché l'ultimo ingresso è previsto alle 18 ed erano le 18.10. Dandoci queste informazioni ho avvertito un tono irritato e sfastidiato da parte di chi ci accoglieva. Abbiamo chiesto di accedere al centro fitness e non era ancora attivo. Purtroppo non era bel tempo quindi non si è potuta usare la piscina (comunque solo una delle 2 era attiva). La sensazione è quella di aver speso una cifra eccessiva per un servizio appena sufficiente a passare la notte.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, la gentilezza dello staff, la pulizia, l'eleganza dell'albergo, e in generale il luogo del soggiorno, tutto molto carino. Nessun problema per chi ha carrozzine per disabili.
