Precisei de um ferro de passar e em minutos me emprestaram o ferro. O quarto era limpo direitinho todos os dias. Realmente, agradeço muito o pessoal do hotel que tornou a estadia agradável. O hotel fica muito bem localizado! 🇬🇧: I stayed at this hotel for four nights and really enjoyed it! The reception staff is extremely kind and always ready to help at any moment — from check-in to check-out. I needed an iron, and within minutes they lent me one. The room was cleaned properly every single day. I’m truly grateful to the hotel staff for making my stay so pleasant. The hotel is also very well located! 🇮🇹: Sono stato in questo hotel per quattro notti e mi è piaciuto moltissimo! Il personale alla reception è estremamente gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento — dal check-in al check-out. Avevo bisogno di un ferro da stiro e in pochi minuti me lo hanno prestato. La camera veniva pulita per bene ogni giorno. Sono davvero grato al personale dell’hotel per aver reso il soggiorno così piacevole. L’hotel è anche molto ben posizionato!
