Contrary to the Booking.com description, the BnB provides parking on site, secure WiFi, and an excellent breakfast included. Sydney was a great hostess and an excellent cook.

From the moment I arrived, everything was great. A nice couple was sitting on the porch, enjoying the weather; Sydney was quick to arrive to check me in; room was cute and comfortable; breakfast was delicious with conversation around the table. I hated to leave!
