Both hair dryers worked.

I was greeted by two spiders. I was understanding with this as it was May and rainy. The room was stifling hot and the air conditioner was off. I called the front desk and said it was quite hot and...the clerk then rudely interrupted and told me I needed to use the thermostat on the wall and hung up. I turned the air on and showered. The room did cool down but the carpet turned my damp feet black. It was filthy, you see. I was forced to switch rooms. In the 2nd room, the refrigerator was unplugged and very wobbly as it was missing the left front leg. It almost tipped over when I plugged it in. Telephone had no cord to hook up to use. Bathroom door splattered with dirt. The tub and floor had years of stain and the shower curtain was greenish looking (as in mold) at the bottom. I wanted to switch motels, but Booking.com told me that if I left, I would not be refunded.Holiday Inn told me the website should refund me. I'm not wealthy enough to eat $197.00, so I stayed both nights. I will simply never utilize either ever again. The room furniture is reminiscent of a Motel Six I stayed at many years ago. I remain amazed that the staff really did think that there was nothing odd or wrong with my stay. They appear immune to my complaints as though this is a regular occurrence. Breakfast looks great on their website. Don't. What looked like eggs sat in a vat of a yellowish, brown liquid. Everything was cold, including the coffee. The Do yourself a favor - Bob Evans is close by. A Hampton Inn shares the same driveway. I should have paid the additional $15 per night and stayed there, but who knows.

Staff was very nice and the hotel is newly renovated.

Hotel under construction so limited parking. Rooms were clean and spacious. The mattress and pillows were great.

Went there to relax before husbands surgery 2 days later...got there and found pool and hottub were closed for remodeling. Called hotels.com to complain..they put me on hold and called the hotel then came back on saying "they said you can go across parking lot and use Hampton Inns, just show your room key"...REALLY!! IN 33 DEGREE WEATHER!! AND THEN WALK BACK WITH WET HAIR!!! Pathetic, unprofessional...they should have stated that on the site when I made reservation and we would have gone elsewhere to relax. All this did was increase my husband's stress level...the newly remodeled room was beautiful EXCEPT sink didn't work, the stopper was stuck in down position. When we finally were able to get fingernail under stopper and lift up, it wasn't connected at all!

Room is brand newly remodeled..plunger on sink does not work, it is in closed position, you cant run water because sink fills up and you cant empty the water. I was finally able to get fingernail under the side and lift it up, it wasnt even attached. Pool and hot tub are closed for remodeling (we were not told this when we reserved room with YOUR site), we were told by the hotel we could go across the parking lot to Hampton Inn and use theirs, then walk back with wet hair in 33 degree cold....had we known this we would have just stayed at Hampton Inn.. We are staying in this area for my husband to have abdominal surgery at Cleveland Clinic, we thought he could just relax in smaller town and de-stress before the surgery...NOPE...on the plus side, the room is beautiful, bed is super comfortable, they included a little box of candy hearts in the coffee pot area (very nice touch), the chairs are soft and comfortable to sit in, temp in room is great

Hotel room has mold. Matthew refuses to change because we were through a third party. Housekeeping poor quality as room was badly prepared (being kind). Out of service laundry. Out of service pool.
