2nd time staying here. Straight forward professional service. Laundry on ground floor. Gym avilable and pool avilable. Right across from SM Mega Mall. Highly recommended. Will continue to stay here when in Manila Philippines.

Pool was a tad cold. But what do you expect in a hot humid country.

Location was ideal for me, close to my office, shopping centre, restaurants and metro line.

The room was not cleaned daily, and the room service had to be called in for it. Even then, the bathroom was never cleaned.

Walking distance to SM megamall All their staff are kind, helpful and friendly

Outdated and no hand towels/paper towels and u have to ask for extra toilet rolls for the duration of your stay

"Ok for a short stay but there are minor issues."

Efficient check in process, polite and courteous staff. Just across the road from a major shopping mall.

Property is adequate for a few days stay but the WiFi was occasionally interrupted. One rather large cockroach observed (and terminated). Protruding overhead cupboards are inconveniently placed leading to occasional bangs on the head if you are tall.
