Cockroaches everywhere Shower did not work properly Advised staff multiple times about the cockroaches and nothing was done It was disgusting with the amount of cockroaches in our suite

Near malls and the Edsa Shang

They don’t have basic needs like iron board. I had to do the ironing in the chair. The staffs are not helpful for queries on “where-to’s”, as if they don’t know anything about their surroundings. They must have at least one suggestion, and not “wala po kami alam”. That’s pathetic for a kiosk called “information”, where all they know is check-in and check-out🙄

The hotel is very near the mall

Infested with small cockroaches. Towels and beddings needed to be replaced. It's old. I didnt know pets not allowed, my relatives visited me with a dog but was barred from going up by 3 security staff. As if theres a crime scene as they all come up to me telling me that its not allowed.
