Extremely dirty place, had ants inside and no proper WiFi. The staff was absent and didn’t do much to fix our needs. The room itself wasn’t clean, had mold and smelled funny.

It is definitely a bad hotel. They are mixing the management of a beach club and hotel. It is definitely a bad managed hotel. Before all they have sold us a room with Jacuzzi that isn’t working. There was no warm water. They have proposed us to fill the jacuzzi with ketel or to use the water of the bath. I haven’t seen before a primitive solution like this. They had a open buffet which was very basic. No service at the restaurant at all. They had a very bad breakfast either. We asked 3 times to get water. The pool is occupied by children from outside. They accept people from outside. So you are becoming a foreigner in the hotel. There are no lights in the garden during the night. You have to be very careful not to get injured. The hotel manager refused to help us and the hotel had no technical staff to solve the jacuzzi problem. I this hotel is definitely not a boutique hotel and not worth to pay that much money.
