NZRoom was small but clean & tidy. Bed/mattresses comfortable. Customer service was great. Restaurant food was amazing 😃
Room had no air-conditioning only a standing fan which didn't make a lot of difference. The bathroom was very small but adequate, not much room to move & no vanity so finding room for toiletries etc was hard. Although manager was awesome as he was the only one doing all jobs, including wait staff it was a very long drawn out dinner as he was rushed off his feet getting dinners out, fixing drinks, taking dinner orders etc.

The hotel felt a lot older than it appeared in the online photos. Even though I only booked a standard room, it was very small and compact — barely any space for a suitcase. The shower wasn’t great, and the sink was so tiny it was awkward to use. The bed was also on the smaller side and not very comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again.
