This place is piece of heaven. We are really pleased. Starting from the staff, quite polite, kind and make you feel at home. We had bay view village, it was amazing, we could see Big Budda and sunset from there. There are plenty of food options and activities. We did massage and Muay Thai intro. Both activities were great. It is clean, internal buggys are puctual, cocktails are nice and relaxation room was also comfy.

Breakfast a la carte can be more agile. We always got wrong order and coffee took ages. However, conaidering how amazing the rest is we simply took it easily. The beach can be dissapointing if you have visited other beaches in the island. However, the hotel make the best out of the space adding sun beds, swings, beach bar so the whole experience is balanced.

View and staff

The experience did not match a 5-star standard. I booked an ocean pool villa, but it was not clean—there was dust and an unpleasant smell. Although the villa was changed, the condition was not significantly better. There was a lizard in the villa. I understand this can happen due to the surrounding nature, but I’ve stayed in other 5-star villas in similar environments and never experienced this. Also, when I opened a tissue, I found mosquito wings inside. These tow situations reflect poor cleanliness standards. The breakfast selection was very limited and below what is expected from a 5-star hotel. The air conditioning was also not functioning properly. The price was very high compared to what was actually offered. Overall, the property feels outdated and in need of renovation. More attention to CLEANLINESS and maintenance is clearly required.
