- De houding van het personeel richting zijn gasten. Slechte service. - Het ontbijt was heel erg karig, sommige producten niet vers. - Bar en restaurant waren dicht, er was geen mogelijkheid om in de avond iets te drinken te kopen voor op de kamer.
