O Blue Tree RIo Poty, é um hotel que demonstra uma estrutura que o faz imponente e certamente já o fez ser o melhor hotel de Teresina em tempos passados. Continua sendo tudo que é, entretanto aparenta estar em lento declínio precisando de maior cuidado e atualização, mas por tudo que é, ainda é uma boa escolha em Teresina.

O atendimento dos funcionários é impecável. Sempre fico no hotel e é meu preferido, tanto pela localização e pelo conforto. Amei o recadinho que deixaram no quarto com a água de coco.

Mudaria só o chuveiro do quarto 206, tá precisando.

Difícil descrever algo que tenha gostado nesta estadia!!! Espero que a crítica ajude a melhorar o local.

Sou hospede frequente do hotel. Porém ficava sempre nos quartos do 8º andar. Que eram reformados! Esses quartos são ótimos. Porém com a alegada "reforma" no restante dos quartos, o 8º andar "subiu de categoria" para quarto família. Até ai tudo ok. Mas o que fica evidente é que não houve reforma nos quartos antigos. Houve sim uma "maquiagem" nesses quartos. Essa maquiagem não chega nem perto do que são os quarto do 8º andar. Os quartos do 7º andar para baixoi, são terríveis. Não sei o que aconteceu com o Blue Tree Rio Poty. Desta vez me arrependi de ficar nele. O quarto com um cheiro nada agradável. O ar condicionado pingando uma água marrom, como se o filtro estive entupido e sujo. A água tanto de manhã, quanto a noite, fria. Pontos de sujeira no quarto ficaram pelos 3 dias de hospedagem. Na academia os aparelhos estão sem cuidados e faltam os opcionais para os maquinários. Foltou copo na academia, bem como toalhas.Di
