The seasonal pool will be open from June to October. Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Hot springs access available from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM. One child 6 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Some facilities may have restricted access. Guests can contact the property for details using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

今回で3回目。 受付もスムーズに出来お部屋もランクアップにしていただきとてもありがたかったです。 このホテルはなんといっても温泉が良くて何時も4回は入ります。 朝食も混んでましたが、品数はまあまあありますので美味しくいただきました。 フロントの女性の方（名前忘れてしまい）が毎回素晴らしい対応していただき気持ちよく滞在出来ました。

The hotel was perfect for leisure and relaxation. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was clean, spacious. However, on the first day, the location of the breakfast was in a hall with no window. The environment was really bad for nay meals.

我已經住多次，住同一房型是帶有温泉的和室，今次房號101是我沒有住過的區域，和室有使用痕跡，牆紙上有污垢痕跡，相信已經刷不掉. 雖然長期有溫泉氣味及濕氣，房間保養已經不錯. 溫泉室間中有小昆蟲，以前住105-109房反而更多昆蟲由地轉出，我明白下面是草地的關係. 今次發現了6樓休息室有免費茶點招待，6樓及早餐更換了新的咖啡機有泡沫咖啡.

Apeman Spa was free if you stay at this hotel but this hotel is a bit rustic side. Everything seems old but the new annex building is good and clean.

"很差的體驗"

入住時告知黃金湯屋沒有淋浴室。並且二樓有約20幾階往上階梯。因為當時家人不方便大浴場淋浴，並且攜帶近50公斤行李加推車想更換房間（畢竟訂房網站這些都沒有告知）。居然說客滿了沒辦法，但是晚間明明往新大樓那棟看去，開燈的比例低，加上停車場只有停一兩排根本不可能全滿，服務人員聽到我想換房，只是意思意思往下看一秒螢幕馬上說滿了，令人無法相信！6樓的lounge風景漂亮，但是服務人員整理杯盤都用摔的很大聲，告知咖啡機牛奶沒了，半小時都不能補好。我已經入住第二次，本次體驗極差，訂房者千萬不要選擇日式套房，裡面只有廁所，不能洗澡！
