I liked the location

Wifi was terrible and spiders. The standard has gone down you can't even see the river or the animals they had like before .we only saw the monkey..there was a rowdy crowd of golf gentleman. They sang very loud sexually descriptive songs. The place has families with children that come to visit but the location did not try to stop the guys . When they went to the house they were staying at they made noise all night with a speaker it was terrible . Security did not even the Staff

Staff didn't even know that we had a confirmed booking so we wasted an hour trying to verify and my credit card was duplicated with the charge was a hassle to get money back, my bank had to intervene.
