The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and large. The breakfast was plentiful and lots to choose from. There are also nice and comfortable sitting areas on the ground floor and second floor. The pool on the roof is welcomed after a long hot day. The hotel is located close to everything.

There was nothing not to like. This place is so good

muchas felicidades, el desayuno muy completo, sabroso y con calidad de alimentos. Las instalaciones muy buenas aunque sugiero que las cerraduras de las habitaciones sean más modernas. Los servicios excelente y todo el personal sumamente amable, sin duda regreso a este hotel.

The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The location immersed us in the local culture. The facility was unique and very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was outstanding. The location of the rooftop pool/spa was amazing and quite picturesque.

"Buen hotel en el centro de la ciudad"

La habitación y el baño son amplios, cómodos y limpios. El ambiente donde está la piscina era ideal para relajarse y ver el atardecer. El personal era muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Te ayudan con la contratación de tour y solucionan cualquier inconveniente.

Nunca pudimos regular la temperatura del agua de la ducha. Habían solo ventiladores en el lugar del desayuno pero era insufciente para el calor de cartagena.
