La ubicación y en general las instalaciones

El desayuno se toma en el primer piso y el último día otros huéspedes hicieron mucho ruido muy temprano en la mañana se oye todo en las habitaciones

Das war das Beste Hotel das wir bei unserer Reise hatten. Hier würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Beste Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig . Top Personal. Super Zimmer. Wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Spacious bedroom, balcony.

I liked everything! The staff were amazing, particularly Roger who took me spur of the moment to Barranquilla. Eric and Kevin were also very helpful.

Nos encantó la ubicación y tranquilidad del hotel, en el centro pero alejado del ruido extremo. El desayuno muy bueno, es a carta cerrada pero son flexibles y permiten cambios. La señora que nos atendió en el desayuno fue muy atenta en todo momento. Es cierto que no hay agua caliente, pero no es un problema dado el calor que hace en Cartagena. Las camas muy cómodas, y la habitación y baño muy amplios

El hotel necesita pequeñas reformas en puertas, paredes, mobiliario, se ve un poco anticuado. Si hicieran algunas pequeñas mejoras el hotel sería de 10. También echamos en falta algo de mantenimiento en la zona de piscina, el suelo estuvo algo sucio todos los días, y faltaban las almohadillas en los taburetes

"Imperdible en Cartagena"

La ubicación excelente, la casa es bellísima, el desayuno delicioso, las habitaciones limpias, lindas decoradas, cómodas y con todo lo que necesitas. El personal tanto de recepción como de cocina y limpieza extraordinarios, lo disfrutamos mucho. Las fotos no le hacen justicia, es mas linda estando ahí.

Que si te gusta bañarte con agua caliente, olvídalo, nunca sale agua caliente en la regadera y como sugerencia servir el desayuno mas temprano, estuvimos 3 noches y solo pudimos tomar desayuno 1 día ya que tuvimos tour y vuelo los otros dos, tal vez ofrecer un box lunch a quienes salimos temprano del hotel seria una buena opción

Lugar muy romantico y lindo, las habitaciones muy grandes y limpias y el desayuno muy bueno. La posicion es perfecta para pasear en el centro historico. El personal muy amable. Nos encanto
