Ik wil graag speciaal de receptiemedewerkster Hai noemen, die mij zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij ontving en in de ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt voor mij klaarmaakte. Tevens heeft zij mijn bagage opgeslagen, omdat ik de volgende ochtend nog de stad in wilde. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van veel highlights, midden in een zeer gezellige buurt. Echte aanrader voor Bilbao!

El personal muy agradable, amables y simpáticos. Además había una cocina de uso común y nos dejaban bizcocho (budín) para los huéspedes. La ubicación muy buena, en el casco histórico, y habitación linda y pintoresca. La calle en la que se encuentra suele ser ruidosa pero la ventana está bien insonorizada.

Alojamiento en pleno casco histórico. Habitación muy limpia, insonorizada y cama muy cómoda. La atención del personal excelente. Te ayudan en todo momento y dan recomendaciones turísticas. Los volvería a elegir.

"Quirky, in the heart of old town Bilbao"

I like that it is a small family run hotel. It’s quirky and definitely not cookie cutter. It is in the heart of Casco Vilejo (old town), near the river, restaurants and action. It is well insulated and pretty quiet. The hotel owners are just lovely. A nice breakfast for $10 euros

I liked everything.
