"great service! wish there were more windows "

I had a very pleasant stay. Laura at reception went above and beyond and was very helpful as most everything around town is in Swedish. The hotel itself is fine, a bit dark as none of the rooms or common areas have windows. comfortable enough. You do have to walk rather far to get to the bathrooms. the saunas were under repair so unfortunately did not get to use them. hotel is centrally and conveniently located.

"Svalt och svårhittat"

Om man anländer med bil, såsom vi gjorde, så var det allt annat än lätt att hitta receptionen. Att få tips om bra parkering gick inte, till sist hänvisades vi till stationsparkeringen som visade sig vara dyrast möjliga i åre (300 kr / dygn!) Själva rummet OK men kallt och detta gällde särskilt duschdelen, mindre trevligt. En trevlig lounge utanför rummen fanns dock, trevligt. Frukosten var påver, även detta utrymme var svalt på gränsen till kallt.

"Blivit mycket sämre"

Klart sämre än tidigare år. Hotellet i sej är mysigt men det va dåligt städat på toaletterna, saknades ofta papper och va smutsigt. första dagen va bastun kall trots bokad tid och gick inte att justera själv. Frukosten va under all kritik, tomt på faten redan efter en halvtimme och dåligt urval. Ljusår ifrån hur det varit tidigare år vi bott här. Läget är jättebra och tjejen i receptionen va hjälpsam. Men inte längre värt pengarna tyvärr.
