Stayed here for 1 night two years running as only hotel I could get with a family room on a Saturday night. Its fine for 1 night. Bathroom smelt terrible. Of damp and drains. Last year was the same.

The room for four was so small you could not move. It was smaller that an inside cabin on a cruise ship and those are small!
Staff great. Room clean but no air con and tiny window. 4 people in one room was unbearable in the heat. We could not sleep. Please install air con. Breakfast very good.
I booked in April, to find that on the day of arrival my request for ground floor room denied. On arrival no ground floor rooms available but seemed a lot of young people were occupying them. As I am 80, with a dog in tow, did not relish lugging me and luggage up 2 flights I’d stairs. Although given a room close by it was over the entrance and I was ‘entertained’ until 1.15 am by noisy guests!! Did not appreciate after a 7.15 start to drive from Cardiff to arrive at Reims - long drive for anyone! My journey was to Les Gets in the Alps and my disturbed sleep accounted for a difficult journey onward. Not a happy bunny!! I hope that on my return my stay in Dijon and then Coqueille will be more pleasant!!
Hotel was tired and in need of refurb bed was not comfortable pillows totally uncomfortable
We got a bargain price so that was very good. The room was nice but a bit tired and the breakfast looked very good.There was a very good Boulangere very close at hand which offerred a high class but dearer breakfast. We used the opportunity to nip into the huge Carrefour adjacent and we had a very cheap breakfast there.

Room was not clean old contact lenses on the floor. But it is low cost stop over on route.
