Perfect location. Friendly staff and family room had so much space!!

We chose no room service which was fine but the family suite floor was dirty!! I wish it had a broom and mop to clean since it was a big place

Fantastic location with front-row viewing of the main beach action in S Cruz.

Our rooms were in the original section of the motel and were a little long in the tooth. The rooms were overpriced in my opinion.

Location is good, that’s it

This no way a “4 star” property, it’s rundown, rooms are so small, dated, no facilities, and for the price a complete rip off.
