Apart from the acceptance of the late checkin (delayed by the Pope) the staff were unusually evil in their handling of my booking. Up selling me at 2am to a room that clearly was not any better than any other for an extra fee was despicable. (I was in no position to disagree) The room had no keys to lock the doors. Was not cleaned in the 2 days that we stayed. Decor was the same as an 80's brothel. (every wall and the ceiling was covered in mirrors. Free breakfast was a local street hawker and tasted like it was cooked a week ago. Having the staff break in to the room after attending a wedding was both humiliating and disgusting. A wake up call at 1:34am to question me if I knew the checkout time and did I wish to extend my stay was the second to last straw. Management refusal to accept my issues forces me to complete this review.

This hotel is really designed for short term breaks for people who are cheating on there partners rather than a romantic break. Rooms are good, breakfast is good. No working WIFI.

We leave for the hotel from airport, although it's only around 13km from the airport, you will never want to try the traffic in MNL city, especially in a heavy raining day. Most of the taxi driver are bad guy want to extort more money from you. I felt thankful for the helpful staff, god bless we were safe. The room is small in basic room type, but the bed is comfortable. One bad thing was that we can not found the electrical socket for re-charge in the room.

The room was clean that is only good thing I can say. The hotel was in a bad location. Nothing else around except local small businesses. Not easy to get to and from airport. When I checked in they open the room for me and did not give me a key. I asked for a key and was told they would unlock it for me each time I left and came back. Did not lose anything but was very uncomfortable leaving my computer and belongings behind. They charge 30 pesos to call a taxi for me. Would not recommend.

Great room designs but had a bit of trouble getting to the place.

We got into the room and were very impressed. The room was fairly clean and nicely decorated ... then the fog lifted and the little problems started to appear ... we turned on the tv and were greeted with 40 inches of pornographic movies .. not exactly a happy start for me and my girlfriends valentines day date .. then the tv decided to go fuzzy on the regular channels and when called .. no one came to fix it. we also tried the Jacuzzi .. the main reason we booked the hotel .. and there was no hot water ... OMG ... again phoned .. and no one could tell me why except they were very busy. when asked for some kind of compensation as the jacuzzi room was a fair bit more expensive .. the 5 people in the lobby just stared blankly at me until i left ... WOW ... dont know how this hotel has been rated so high but it needs a lot of customer service work and fine tuning ...

Regrettably we were only in the hotel fir one night...but the room was superb. Loverly bug bed, great Jacuzzi and bathroom facilities and very accommodating staff. Very pleasedwith vvenue and would definitely stay there again.wnye
