Sejour idyllique, break assuré.

Honnêtement rien. Seule la nourriture était correcte. Très déçue pour un hôtel beachcomber pour lesquels je n’avais encore jamais été déçue.

La climatisation de la chambre fuyait. Des gouttes tombaient du plafond pendant la nuit. O d’eau d’humidité très prononcée. Fourmis dans la chambre. Service médiocre. Refus nous donner un parapluie lors de notre départ malgré les portes pluies.

Super établissement pour sa situation géographique et ses équipements. Le repas était à la hauteur de nos attentes et vos largement son prix. Les activités au kids clubs sont divers. Gentillesse du personnel.

Le prix excessif des boissons et notamment de l’eau

L’accueil est au top, l’ensemble du personnel et à votre écoute et disponible y compris l’équipe de direction de l’hôtel Bravo aussi pour le buffet renouvelé tous les jours avec des journées à thèmes, merci à notre serveuse Meghna. L’excellent restaurant gastronomique le Nautic qui nous réserve de très belles surprises hautes en couleurs et en saveurs et je tiens à remercier le chef Vimalen et son assistant Dinessen ainsi que l’équipe en salle à savoir Riann, Varoon,Appal, Ali, Shabaan, Savan, Laerenza et une attention toute particulière pour Steven et Satyann. Merci à vous pour avoir contribuer à cette parenthèse magique à l’île Maurice

Nous avons passé 18 jours …bien trop court

It's a decent resort with swimming pools and a private beach that is nice for relaxing. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat within walking distance.

The rooms are fairly average. We specifically booked a ground-floor room for easy access to the beach, but unfortunately we found a dead mouse in our garden area, and later another mouse entered our room. After we contacted the staff, they responded promptly, removed the dead mouse, and caught the live one. The staff were generally okay, but there is room for improvement in guest interactions. On the day we arrived, some staff members at the reception area appeared to be staring at us and laughing among themselves. We may have misunderstood the situation, but it made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The dining area was also quite chaotic. It seemed overcrowded for the number of guests staying at the resort, and queues were common during meal times. Finding food often required waiting in line, which took away from the overall experience. Overall, Its a typical four-star resort than a luxury resort. While the location, pools, and beach are positives, there are several areas that need improvement, particularly room maintenance, dining operations, and guest service.

On the beach, great position, good range of water activities. Very clean, welcoming and helpful staff. Food quality was good, drinks selection was good. A la carte meal was very good.

On our honeymoon, we booked a standard room (the room was very basic but ok) originally had a room positioned opposite the housekeeping base so very noisy from very early. After complaining we were offered a modest upgrade (the only one available) which wasn’t worth us packing and moving. We were then offered a honeymoon suite which was excellent (shame this offer was held back requiring us to make further complaints). We were very grateful for the upgrade to honeymoon suite but we were forced to complain multiple times which was a shame. Beyond this, the hotel is quite big (in terms of room numbers), much bigger than we felt promo materials suggested which could have been our misinterpretation, but maybe the photography of the hotel doesn’t reflect the scale. With this, meal times are very busy.

Would have been nice to have more disco music/dj set at night
