Une intervention dérangeante pour faire le ménage de la chambre, même si parfois on aurait pu faire des remarques sur la qualité du ménage. Dommage mais pas grave dans l'absolu

It was a beautiful setting and atmosphere, hotel is clean. The Ale Carte food at Navigator was good.

They gave us a room right across where music was played until too late. The air conditioning was not working properly, it got hot during the night. They advertised snorkelling is free on the website and when I enquired to go snorkel in front of the hotel I was not allowed to use their equipment, it is only allowed when they take the guests out with limited time slots and equipment. Pillows was huge and there were no thinner alternatives. Limited beers at Navigotor

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this all-inclusive hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic—delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety that catered to all tastes. There was always something new to try, and we never got bored with the options. The staff truly made our experience special. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Elody and Kimberly for organizing our wedding day—everything was perfectly planned and executed. You made our special day truly unforgettable. We also want to give a heartfelt thanks to the photographer who captured these beautiful memories we’ll cherish forever. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the entire premises were well-maintained and beautifully designed. We also loved the wide range of complimentary activities available—from mini-golf and snorkeling to table tennis—there was never a dull moment. Rachelle at the reception was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready with a smile and useful advice. And in the restaurant, Anna and Brinda made us feel so welcome with their warm and attentive service. This was more than just a vacation—it was a dream come true. We’re so grateful for the wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!
