Rosewood Court Motel

The motel was easy to find, easy to check in. There was everything we needed and the host told us about things to see nearby. The motel was clean, bed comfortable, neighbourhood quiet. We enjoyed our stay

Reasonably located for the centre of Christchurch - about a 35 minute walk. Rooms were well equipped with a comfy sofa and plenty of cooking equipment.

Just a one night stay. Unit was clean and tidy. Was a studio unit suitable for a couple. Bed a little on the firm side bu adequate. Looked like original decor from 2000s so getting a bit tired. Good location.

Rosewood Court may not look like much but it's one of those gems that make one's trip not just trouble-free but very pleasant. Everyone we dealt with who worked there was very helpful and went the extra mile to assist even with the language barrier (we spoke very little English). The room was well appointed, clean, quiet and we had very restful nights. The motel is conveniently located: there are restaurants and other shops nearby, including a little supermarket. Bus access to central Christchurch is also a short walk away, unless one prefers to walk the easy couple of Kms. I'd recommend this motel under the current management.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay (2 nights). Clean, comfortable room at a great price. Parking right outside my door was convenient. Great customer service by David (Mgr), made you feel at home. He had excellent knowledge of surrounding areas that help discovery.

Friendly, enthusiastic hosts David & Suen! The room had everything we needed and the hosts were very accommodating. There is a small wardrobe, a round table with two chairs, a sofa, a desk, a TV, wi-fi that works, and a small kitchen. Oh, and a WHIRLPOOL. The parking space is generous, I don't know if we came during low season but we always had a spot. The location was decent, a 20-minute walk to the downtown area but you can also take a bus. I prefer it this way because it was quite quiet at night and I slept like a baby. All in all very pleasant and chill stay with friendly hosts.

Property was clean, quiet and had good parking. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was very spacious, well equipped and the water pressure was amazing.Thank you for a great stay.

This was a lovely big unit which was quiet and sunny. The owners had made a special effort to have extra blankets and an electric blanket available for my elderly mother. I highly recommend and this is the second time I have stayed here. Both times great :-)

The owner carried our bags to our room .Very helpful for us oldies.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Clean and tidy. Great location. Walking distance to the CBD. Definitely recommend.
