We were upgraded to a larger suite by the most pleasant owner as they had less bookings at the time we were there. It was clean, actually spotless, it was roomy, nice spa bath which we didn't use as we just had showers. Really nice and lots of really good water pressure. Good parking right outside the door.

The room was clean, comfortable and good value. Located handy to the airport and within walking distance to supermarket and eateries and City centre. Host David was extremely friendly, caring and helpful.

It's not far from the city and close to the Colombo St, you find a supermarket, a fuel station and plenty of eateries around. The place has sufficient parking and laundry facilities too ($4 a load). The bed was OK, with a small pantry with the usual stuff, and a wash room with a tub (jacuzzi didn't work, so it was just a tub).

Good location. Property was spacious, clean and serviced daily. The manager was extremely friendly and advised us what to see and where best to shop.

Very helpful and friendly staff, had a very good insight of Christchurch and what was happening. Will definately stay here again if we bring our family up again
