The property is old and needs to be more clean. Inside the rooms there are bugs and spider webs

Location

The staff handed us with poor hospitality and was irresponsible and negligent. My wife had booked private space for an hour. During which the staff handed a key to other man who walked into the spa. It was a shame on staff with such negligence and irresponsibly.

I had anticipated a lake view room and the acutal facility is dated and not what was expected. The room was ordinary and again not what was expected
