To use the hotel's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking. The shuttle leaves Nasu-Shiobara Train Station at 12:35, 14:35, 15:35, and 16:35. The shuttle leaves from the hotel to the station at 10:55 and 13:45. Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel must make a reservation at least 3 days in advance. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. IMPORTANT: Price does not include meals for children staying in existing beds.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "リピート決定の気配り最高の宿"

交通事故により高速が通行止、迂回になったために夕食時間に間に合いませんでした。 しかし機転を利かせたホテルスタッフの方がルームサービスにて温かな食事をチェックインのタイミングをみて提供してくださいました。これには感動しました。お肉をいただきましたが、このホテルは牧場直営なので肉料理が凄く美味しいです。次はしっかりバイキングの夕飯食べに行きたいです。

露天風呂へのアプローチが少し暗かったのと浴槽の石のざらつきが痛かったので怪我しないか気になりました。

温泉が適温で柔らかく気持ち良かった。 食事に制約があるので、選択肢が多く割安な夕食のルームサービスで敷島牛を食べれたのは有り難く堪能出来ました。

雨模様の中、駐車場の環境は改善して欲しい。路面舗装とエントランス迄の歩行通路の屋根等。

The hotel is fabulous ! The Onsen is wonderful, very and peaceful. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of possibilities, and the personnel is awesome.

タオルを持って行かなくても大浴場に入れる。エレベーターを使わなくても階段で移動できるくらいの規模で動きやすい。

ブュッフェの追加タイミングが遅い。皿に取るので、何度も往復しないといけない。自動販売機のアルコールがすべて売り切れ。乾燥しすぎ。洗面所が暗すぎ。
