To use the hotel's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking. The shuttle leaves Nasu-Shiobara Train Station at 12:35, 14:35, 15:35, and 16:35. The shuttle leaves from the hotel to the station at 10:55 and 13:45. Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel must make a reservation at least 3 days in advance. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. IMPORTANT: Price does not include meals for children staying in existing beds.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. 若いスタッフの方は皆とても親切で感じがよかったです。施設も贅沢な造りで綺麗でした。 朝の散歩も小川や牧場があり心地よかったです。 夕方着いたらレストランがやっておらず、牧場も次の日お休みで事前にわかればよかったなと思いました。 又行きたいと思います。

平日とてもお安く泊まれました。ホテルや牧場や散歩道が素敵でした。お料理も美味しかったです。 エアコンを一度決して着けた際に埃の匂いがしたのと、大浴場の清掃をもう少し頻繁に(すこし滑りや匂いがした)して頂けると尚良いです！

The food was very delicios. The staff was friendly and always helpful.

According to booking.com this was the last available room for the price. We may have overlooked while booking the room, that it was a smoking room. That was a big disappointment, since we are non-smokers. Nevertheless, despite it being a smoking room, it did not stink too bad and was managable. However, the room's comform wasn't the greatest. Nothing bad really, but not very nice either. It was just okay. All in all, it was fine for 1 night.
