To use the hotel's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking. The shuttle leaves Nasu-Shiobara Train Station at 12:35, 14:35, 15:35, and 16:35. The shuttle leaves from the hotel to the station at 10:55 and 13:45. Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel must make a reservation at least 3 days in advance. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. IMPORTANT: Price does not include meals for children staying in existing beds.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "ほぼ寝れない状態でした。"

部屋は清潔感がありましたが、空調がいまいち…。各部屋のエアコン調整ができなく、暑い場合は外を開ける必要がありました。 他の部屋の人が外のバルコニーでタバコを吸っていたのだと思いますが、タバコの臭いが漂ってきてしまい、部屋に副流煙が充満してしまいました。空気清浄機が備え付けられていますが、臭いが取れることはありませんでした。 禁煙部屋なのに…というストレスと、他の部屋の音漏れが酷く、騒ぎ声が深夜2時頃まで続きました。 恐らく建物自体が古いからなのかも知れませんが、快適に過ごせたとは言えませんでした。
