Kitchen is shared and can get busy during typical meal times. Not well ventilated so geta hot.

As long as you don’t go in expecting a full service hotel, this is excellent value for the cost. We booked a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family with a baby. I love that we could have the convenience of a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms for less than the price of a typical hotel room.

It was a so comfortable and relaxing stay that I book a couple of nights there every week.

A good costumer service

Having 2 bedrooms was great for our family of 4. Front desk staff was slow and sometimes I waited several minutes for staff to come. The laundry facility only accepts only $5 bill and the front desk didn’t have $5 bills so I left to do laundry elsewhere

Me and my friends stayed for 2 nights and it was nice. Bathroom & showers were clean. Beds were also clean. Would recommend if your in sudbury for the summer and need a cheaper place to stay then a hotel.

The folks at the check in desk were helpful in person, but what the emailed me didn't always match other communicated information. I was led to believe we could call the morning of our planned arrival to see if we could check in a few hours before the regular check-in time. But when I actually did that, I was told that even though the run was ready, there would be an additional charge that they had not mentioned before. So I ended up having to kill time with some exhausted children on a hot day waiting for 3pm to roll around. When they sent us to our room, it turned out that particular room had not actually been cleaned yet, so they switched us to another one. In that one, we found an item left by the previous people. They did not have a proper luggage cart available when we arrived, so offered us a cleaners' cart instead. It was gross. It had half eaten pizza at the bottom. I brought along my own cleaning supplies (having read other people's reviews, and yet needing cheap accomodations!), so I just cleaned the whole suite before unpacking. The counter was sticky. The cupboards were dusty inside. I had also read beforehand that there was daily housekeeping services, but our second day nothing happened. We needed a few more towels and more TP, so I requested just those items be attended to. After that, they gave us the royal treatment, cleaning everything every day, replacing sheets ever day even though we made ou beds (so unnecessary, but OK, fine).

The room itself was clean the hallway and elevator where never cleaned. Had no cart’s available to carry in luggage and it was a long walk. No one cleaned the room or emptied the garbage for the price would expect better. It was quiet for sleeping.
