Super clean, super friendly accommodating staff, very convenient location. Loved the pools and the amenities

The only negative thing I can say is the furniture seems a little dated and the baseboards were very worn.

We had a delightful time at the Colonies. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The staff was helpful, and the pool and tennis courts were so accessible and fun!

I wish we could have stayed longer.

"Clean and nice staff - triple check on the pool before you pay if that’s the main reason you are there"

The staff was very nice and the rooms are big and clean

I was told several times the pool was open before booking, arrived to find out the pool was not open after paying and settling into the room. Was told the pool would be open the next day by 3 so they gave us a late checkout until 7:30- pool never opened basically wasted a day sitting around. General manager never called me.
