Pool was closed the entire time which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.was told there would be an update on it next day ,but wasn’t told anything and it remained closed for the remainder of my stay.Had to have my room switched due to the air conditioner not working in the first room(staff resolved issue)my key card wasn’t working for any doors on the second day of my stay(staff resolved issue).there wasn’t a lot of options for the breakfast.

Clean room with pleasant view and decent facilities. Loved breakfast.

Staff wasn’t ready or at the front desk when I arrived which was roughly an hour after the check in time. I was already running late for an event so waiting for staff to arrive and for a room to even be ready was frustrating.

Pretty nice hotel! We were pleased, except for the shower head was broken in the handicap room, so it wasn’t hands-free which was a struggle for my handicap dad.

The shower head needs to be fixed for the handicap room, since that’s a big reason we needed the handicap room.
