Big thank you to Youness - very kind and professional, true hospitality spirit, he actually saved my experience in the resort and made it more pleasant! The walk around the lake is nice and a dining area with a view charming. Easy access, beautiful hills surrounding the resort.

Well. First of all I booked LAKE VIEW studio and instead I got the view of rubbish bins, with lights on for the whole night. Additionally the resort does not mention additional fees for dog in the description BUT I was charged 20euros at arrival and it was not included in the final bill I got. What is more the electronical panel next to the door is flashing blue light in your eyes in the night - as it is situated right in front of the bed, or at least it was in the room I got. The room was tidy and with new appliances + furniture but a bit tacky, even more so - there is coffee machine for the capsules BUT it does not dispense hot water - so I had to ask at the reception for it. I got it quick, but still not well thought through.

Flot udsigt over søen og tæt på natur. Personalet var meget venligt og kom med en gratis is til vores søn, fordi det var en meget varm dag. God senge.

Vi manglede et køleskab på værelset og den ventilator de havde givet os var slet ikke kølende nok til at klare varmen på værelset. Desværre kunne man ikke bade i søen og priserne for at leje både og boards var ubetalelige.

Die Lodge war schön eingerichtet. Die Lage am See war entspannt. Man konnte sich gut erholen.

Leider war unsere Unterkunft nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war etwas holprig, man musste das Personal darauf aufmerksam machen, dass etwas fehlt, dann wurde aber anstandslos nachgefüllt. Alle Angestellten waren aber super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl war normal, nichts außergewöhnliches. Insgesamt haben wir für den Preis etwas mehr erwartet.

Es lässt alles überhaupt keine Wünsche, offen hervorragendes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Wunderschöne Lage. Ein super Frühstücksbuffet.

Das Wetter an diesem Tag. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Die Lage am See ist sehr schön, ruhig und erholsam. Tolle Natur, gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet.

Das Schlafsofa war sehr hart und deshalb unkomfortabel. Das Nachtessen im Restaurant war gut, aber das Personal trotz wenigen Gästen unaufmerksam und etwas langsam.

Die Lage am See ist super. Es gibt gut beschilderte Wanderwege.

Es scheint, dass das Personal unterbesetzt und auch nicht voll ausgebildet ist. Leider haben andere Gäste unser bestelltes Essen serviert bekommen und ohne Gegenfrage gegessen.
