"I didn’t stay there because they were closed"

I booked a room there and paid by credit card A friend later told me they were closed. I called them and a man answered and said they were closed and they would refund my money, but they charged my card anyway. I’m now trying to get my money back through the credit card company. Booking . com sold me the room and said they can’t help me???

This hotel close they arrange their sister hotel Rodeway inn and this roadway in is like a jail very poor service and people working are arrogant useless I will not recommend this hotel to even my enemy

very poor service and bad attitude employ they have own commission base taxi and racial v bad experience for me
