Sleep Inn JFK Airport Rockaway Blvd

This property management is horrible because we stay one more extra day they almost chargers double price and they are not friendly

Conveniently close to the airport. The rooms are clean but very small. There is no lobby space, and the area is not convenient for dining.

Great breakfast, but they don’t have shuttle

The room was very tiny.. you could hear people talking in the rooms next to you. Very hard to get a late checkout. But over all it was the best choice for a 1 night stay not far from JFK airport.

The room was small the bed was too huge and high and uncomfortable was traveling with a sick husband not a chair to sit on wasn’t worth the money paid for 2 nights only stayed 1 had to take me husband home I had to spend extra monies to get him home to another state

Lobby is run down

Was only there 11pm-6am so spent most of the time sleeping. Best mattress I've every stept on.

We asked the person at the front desk to arrange a taxi for us at 6am. Came on time but it was a private hire driver. The taxi from JFK there cost $14.05 plus tip. This car had a flat rate fee of $25 but there was an extra charge for dropping us at 2 different terminals. The driver said the extra amount was up to us; I gave him $10 extra.

The front-desk staff are friendly and helpful. They tried their best to accommodate my requests. But I hope the appliances in the room can be updated. For instance, the coffee-maker and a lamp are on from time to time when plugged into a power outlet.
