가격대비 깨끗하고 좋아요

This is my second time staying at the hotel and my only reason for staying is because they have a nice gym downstairs. But due to covid, they closed the gym To begin with, i had a reservation that was cheaper than the hotels price but they still charged me full price. They were able to refund me and charge me the online price The room was bad. The hotel uses central ac/heat, which is very rare for a hotel in Korea. My room was very hot so it was miserable sleeping there. They gave me a small fan but it didn’t offer much except for blowing warm air. You’re wondering why i didn’t open the window? I did! But the hotel is next to the water and if you open the window, mosquitos will engulf your room. That wasn’t the worse part The room was very nasty! On several occasions i found both male and female hair in the bed, in the couch, in the bathroom, in the sink and on my pillow. Unacceptable!! There were also toenail clippings all over the floor. The mirrors were all smudged and not clear/cleaned properly. Besides that, the hotel is in a good location, when the gym is opens it’s very nice and there’s a restaurant on the 9th floor. Overall, i wouldn’t recommend this property

숙박은 그런데로 식단 친절도가 나빴어요

호텔은 깨끗하고 좋았다. 남강뷰를 선택 못한 아쉬움은 있지만 전체적으로 조용하고 좋았다. 코로나로 인해 조식이 뷔페가 아니라서 애들이 실망한 눈치였다. 사우나도 물온도가 4가지라 만족했다. 다음에 진주 갈 일이 있으면 숙발 할 예정이다.

청결상태는 좋습니다 다만, 침구류의 향취가 너무 강해서 역효과가 나는 것은 아닌가 합니다. 침구류의 향을 견디기 힘들어 취침이 어려웠습니다.또한, 이불이 다소 무겁습니다.교체가능한 침구가 없다는 답변이 아쉽습니다

쥬니어스위트룸 (river view)에서 1박 했는데, 침대, 화장실, 세면대 등 객실의 전체적인 상태와 구성은 기대 이상으로 깨끗, 간결,깔끔하였다.

리노베이션 후 아주 깨끗하고 편안하게 바뀌었네요. 조식이 아쉬웠지만 코로나로 인해 특수한 상황이라 감수해야죠.

직원들 친절햇고 요구사항도 잘 들어줌 근데 에어컨 잠시 고장나서 뜨거운바람 나와서 좀 번거롭게 왓다갓다해서 짜증낫음; 중앙제어식이라..좀 불편.. 사우나 저렴햇구 좋앗어요. 조식도 괜챃닷구...

4층인데도 남강 조망, 시내 조망 다 좋았어요. 전국에서 온 고등학교 동창들에게 진주를 제대로 보여 준 멋진 여행이었답니다. 조식이 직접 가져다 줘서 대접받는 느낌이었습니다. 만원으로 푸짐하게 잘 먹었습니다. 호텔 동방에서의 호캉스 추천합니다.
