위치 직원친절은 나쁘지않았는데 전반적으로 시설이 노후화되어서 좀 그랬어요

전체적인 리모델링과 베란다시설 내부청결도도 개선되어야할거같습니다

Cet hotel est surestimé et vit sur une vieille réputation je pense et la vue sur le lac, bien que magnifique ne fait pas tout! Le personnel ne parle pas anglais et lorsque que j'ai montré que j'avais deux trous sur ma housse de couette j'ai eu un beau sourire en retour. Donc OK l'environnement est agréable, voilà.

La propreté de l'ensemble des parties communes (palier, terrasse, plafonds) doit être révisée. la salle de bains est démodée et franchement, un rideau en plastique!!! Il y a un balcon mais la clim qui y est posée empêche tout repos, de plus il n'y a pas de siège....le repas du soir fut très mauvais pour nous , des patges qui nageaient dans des sauces. Le petit déjeuner est proposé en plateau et insuffisant. Bref tout cela n'est pas à la hauteur d'un étoiles
