"좋지만 점점 시설이 망가져가는 리조트"

숙소는 매번 제주에 자전거 여행을 할때마다 방문하는 장소입니다. 아쉬운점이 이번에 방문한 룸은 샤워실 물이 계속 넘처흘러서 너무 힘들었습니다. 자전거 여행중이라 힘들어서 방 바꿀 생각도 못했네요. 열심히 고쳐주신점은 고맙지만 아무리 가성비 좋더라도 이렇게 시설이 불량하면 이제는 다시 오기가 힘들것 같아요.

"비추입니다. "

저는 8월말 예약을 했고, 오로지 아이와 함께라서 온수풀 보고 결정을 내렸습니다. 온수풀과 사우나 ,조식 식당 전부 이용하지 못한다는 공문조차 본 적이 없습니다. 호텔 닷컴에서도 보면 온수풀 사진이 메인으로 나와있어요. 9월 11일 운영진 전체가 바뀌었다고 합니다. 전혀 어떤 공지도 하지 않았습니다. 사진 메인에서도 온수풀 사진은 내려야 하는거 아닌지요 ? 심지어 오후 10시 이후에는 프론트에도 사람이 없고, 편의점도 하지 않습니다. 차를 가지고 15분정도 나가야 아침식사가 가능합니다. 아이 있는 가족들은 비추입니다. 호텔도 낡았고, 처음 이용했는데, 다시는 가고 싶지 않네요....

신창 풍차해안 일몰 보려고 숙박했는데 위치가 자동차로 10여분 가까워서 너무나 만족스러운 곳입니다.. 호텔이라기 보다는 리조트 느낌으로 제대로 여행 온 느낌.. 다음에도 제주에 오면 여기에 숙박할래요..

"좋았습니다 "

숙소 깨끗했습니다. 코로나로 인해 수영장과 헬스장을 이용못해서 좀 아쉽긴 하지만 전반적으로 만족합니다. 재이용 의사 있습니다.

약간의 착오는 있었으나 직원도 친절하고 시설도 깔끔해서 기분좋은 휴가 보내고 왔어요. 위치도 너무 좋고 오션뷰는 비양도뷰라 툭 트인 맑은 하늘과 비양도의 모습으로도 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 기회가 닿는다면 다시 숙박하고 싶어요 ^^
