"Une erreur de notation"

Séjour convenable pour la literie, très bien pour l'accueil, très professionnel. Quant à l'établissement, de la moisissure sur les murs, une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre et l'établissement est à la limite dégradé et insalubre (pas d'électricité dans certaines chambres) ne mérite pas d'étoile sauf pour les salariés. Malgré du personnel qui s'évertue à nettoyer et à mettre tout en oeuvre pour nous satisfaire je ne reviendrai plus dans cet établissement.

"Catastrophique "

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel ne vous fiez surtout pas à la note générale de 8.2 c'est une catastrophe, sale du sol au plafond douche envahi de moisissures piscine inexistante car non entretenue donc des herbe enfin des arbres même poussent à l'intérieur d'une eau verte dégueulasse. Serrure de la porte d'entrée cassé une chaleur suffocante dans les chambre qui ne sentent pas la rose. J'ai écourté mon séjour d'une nuit quitte à ne pas être remboursé mais cet hôtel est franchement une honte.
