Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Petite restauration proposée sur place (plats et pizzas à réchauffer vu l'absence de restaurant en cette période covidesque). Environnement très calme et vue sur le Puy de Dôme pour les chambres orientées sud.

Nous avons été très satisfaits. Très bon accueil, le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est parfait ( pain et croissants frais, charcuterie, fromage, yaourts etc.. Il manquait juste des fruits frais, mais Franchement, vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner, vous ne serez pas déçu. Je recommande cet hôtel.

The staircase carpet was stained, dirty tissue in hallway, shower curtain stained, room tiny and too hot, even with fan. Awful sleep. Staff helpful and pleasant and continental breakfast ok.

très sale chambre pas nettoyé poubelle de salle de bain a vomir poussière de plusieurs mois sur la moquette tour de fenêtre dégueulasse si jamais on tombe malade du corona je porte plainte c est une honte de recevoir des gents dans un tel hôtel l hygiène devrait passer
