The lobby is dimly lit, and it looks really outdated. I understand the decore/era but everything is brown, very drabby. The young lady that checked us in, her demeanor was very much like the decor, drabby.

"Don’t recommend"

The room I got is a handicap room smells bad . I wouldn’t recommend . Also there is not parking spot for cars . I spoke to reception to switch rooms bc of the smell and didn’t help me switch to another room . She told me the price can go up and they didn’t have other rooms available . she could give me cleaning supplies to clean the BATHROOM that stinks anyways I check in 4:30 and she said there is no one in here to clean the bathrooms. I think they don’t have any one to clean this place . Disappointed besides that the hotel is ok is antique but i wouldn’t come back here.

Hotel is historic & very beautiful. Room was spacious & comfortable. No on-site restaurants except for coffee shop (which had excellent food but only til 2pm) and no on-site parking, which were too bad.

The room was great. The fitness room could use a makeover. Public Espresso is the best coffee shop in Buffalo, hands down!
