The front lady was very rude and wanted to charge me extra $$ saying I had a dog and a cat, which it wasn’t true. The towels were not clean.

we reserved the room with the kitchen, there was nothing in the kitchen to use, no utensils, dishes or cookware. The room was gross, everything was dusty, the sink had toothpaste spit on the faucet, the sink had mold around the drain, the nightstands had a white substance on them, the lamp base had what we thought might be blood all over it. We went and bought cleaning supplies, but when we got back we realized you could push the door open from the parking lot, it did not lock and when we tried to flip the security inside lock, it was missing bolts and flipped open when you pushed the door open. There were men tailgating at 1am right outside the room.

Overall it was good but the first night was disappointing based on the room conditions. Finally they let us change rooms so we could actually have air conditioning.
