Great central location with the airport bus directly outside the accommodation and great eateries within walking distance. Very clean with good water pressure in the shower.

The washers might need replaced in the bathroom taps.

Very comfortable roomy unit with everything we needed.

No parking close but that's ok we used a parking building a 5 min walk away

I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments. Good comms with staff with easy to follow check in process. No reception, security entrance. Self contained. Rooms are spacious and tidy. Great location with bars and restaurants in the immediate area. 3 min walk to the supermarket. I left my phone in the room on checkout. I got a hold of staff and they quickly got housekeeping to meet me at the front door to collect my phone. Highly recommended…. I will definitely stay here again.

The Village 2 bdrm apartment was tidy, and very clean upon arrival.We were surprised about the convenient location, right in the 'hub' of the vibrant wellington nightlife- which is what we were after.We could walk only a few minutes to where we wanted to go.Local supermarket as well as a convenience store was also within a few minutes walk.Additional to this, it was quiet for such a well located place, the apartments are well set back from the main road, so we couldn't hear any 'city life' noise. The rooms were a good size and the beds were very comfy.the overall size of the apartment was a great size for a two bedroom apartment, with well appointed seated area , kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. we were very happy

The initial checking in wasn't very clear, and when we rang the number at the door as required it wasn't answered and we had to wait with bags etc out on the street which was quite uncomfortable and inconvenient for us. Additional to this, finding a park to offload bags near the building was difficult, as traffic is very busy and congested on Courtenay place, we had to park further around the corner and walk our bags down which was a bit painful. Closest parking building was also a couple blocks away(the 'upside' was that it was very reasonably priced by Wellington parking building standards).

Issue on arrival with the lock box. Code thst was given to me via email did not work. Failed tv connection to the internet.
