"Hidden fees"

Main complaint is the hotel charged an additional parking fee and did not see this advertised. It was an open lot, not controlled in any way.

Safe and clean. Room was comfortable and the bed was wonderful. When I got there the front desk person was on his phone and did not seem welcoming. Also I was charged three dollars for parking and hadn’t been tracking on that.

"Close to the airport, ample hot water in the shower, and a reasonable rate."

The breakfast burrito with a side of salsa was delish! The person at the front desk as I was departing in the morning was very kind and engaging; the guy driving the airport shuttle was interactive, friendly, and careful despite being under a Winter Storm Warning.

There was one minor issue with the room: one of the bedside lights wouldn't turn on completely but instead kept flickering to the point where it was unusable. Took quite a while to check in, but mostly because the evening person at the front desk was dealing with a long phone call about a strange(?) reservation inquiry.

"Worn out hotel: not clean"

The check-in was efficient and well done. After leaving the lobby, the carpet is worn and frayed; room not particularly clean with mold on shower curtain, hair on shower wall, slow draining sink and more frayed carpet. There was no luggage rack in room. I cancelled an additional stay at this hotel

Refrigerator didn’t work no microwave in room no accommodations had small kids TV in room no jacuzzi had to pay for breakfast unbelievable I wish I could give this hotel zero stars for 200 dollars a night
