These were the rudest people on earth. We I checked in they changed their quoted rate over some craziness about my DOD CARD. Then the next morning while sitting inside the restaurant a person working in there told me I could not bring my pet in. I explained my dog is a service dog fully licensed as such and I was 100% disabled Marine veteran to which she said I don't care. She said she was going to tell the front desk about this so I followed her to the counter. The lady behind same did apologize but said she is in charge of the restaurant. I told her maybe had she sent someone with knowledge in this area would be best in the future. We have stayed at this location 3 times but we won't be going back

Clean and welcoming

First of all, being right near a Buc-ees was AMAZING. The suite set-up is so nice, and my children described it as "low-key sick." I think that's a high compliment. We had a great stay.

Our check in process was great. The gentleman was friendly and professional. The room was fine and except for the toilet it was very slow to flush and the more we used it the worse it got. We ended up having to use the toilet by the lobby for the remainder of the night and until we checked out the next day. We told the front desk lady about it the next morning when checking out,( there was no manager on duty). All she could do is take $20 off our bill. So called to talk to a manager when we got home. Got a whole bunch of attitude from the manager. It seems that someone had a problem with the toilet before us and they never fixed it and put us in the room knowing there was an issue with the toilet. Needless to say this was wrong on sooooo many levels and only to get compensated $20 for our inconvenience was unacceptable. We contacted the Marriott corporate office, who gave us extra points & lots of apologizing, which was better than nothing. Very poor management is to blame for all of this and not handling this issue in house so we didn’t have to contact the corporate office.

We love the breakfast !

Nice hotel decent breakfast. Nice employees always making you feel welcome. However the lobby is very hot making breakfast not so enjoyable and the sofa bed is a twin size mattress!!!!!!
