"Good choice among the chain hotels"

Very nice, seemingly newer property, set back a bit from the dense hotel & retail development around the Interstate...and the breakfast options were better than advertised: full breakfast included, not just "continental." Everybody was very friendly.

I liked the location. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable.

The inside of the toilet rim was black, and the sink would start to fill up if ran for too long in room 311. This is nit picking though.

"Stay was great! Booking.com not so great! Refund my money!!"

Location was great! 10 min from Ft. Drum. Breakfast was great. Hotel quiet as well!

Booking.com charged my credit card at the time I booked. The information on site said no charge at this time, 24 hr cancellation. Since the army changes the time frame, I looked that! Now, I can't get my money back!!
