Enkel de locatie was ok

Alles viel tegen verder. Het was het meest onbeleefde personeel dat ik ooit meegemaakt heb. Het begon al bij het inchecken. Heel onbeleefd en gaven verder geen informatie. Vragen werden genegeerd of weggelachen. De airco was kapot maar ook hier werd niet op gereageerd. We hadden erge dorst, maar nergens in het hotel was water te krijgen. Toen wij water gingen vragen aan de receptie zeiden ze dat ze geen water hadden, terwijl achter de balie allemaal flessen water stonden. Toen we vroegen of we dan misschien een fles konden kopen, zeiden ze nee, ga maar naar een winkel, maar alles was al gesloten. Wij zaten gelukkig maar twee dagen in dit hotel en waren blij dat we konden vertrekken. Werkelijk ongelofelijk dat dit hotel op Booking.com een 8 heeft gekregen. Dit hotel is geen voldoende waard.

The location is excellent, with lots of good restaurants and bars virtually on the doorstep, two supermarkets close by and the beach is seconds away. Also a decent taxi dropb off point is just round the corner. The staff were exceptional, reception is manned 24/7 and nothing was too much for anyone - we highlighted one issue on the day of arrival and it was rectified within the hour The building has a lift, a small seated courtyard and a roof terrace with seating and brilliant views We stayed as a couple in the Suite with the large balcony - the balcony is worth the stay on it's own - it's massive with fantastic views of the beach and the sea as well as all the goings on along the sea front. Would happily return

The room was a little tired in places, particularly in the bathroom - we mentioned this on departure and I'm confident they'll be rectified. Also - the room had a small fridge but it had no ice box.

Its location and view

Room was small and had recently been modernised. I assume the new owners are continuing to modernise and would recommend they consider the size of the rooms. Think it would also be lovely to make more of the roof terrace with perhaps a bar, sun beds and umbrellas

Barbra the receptionist was extremely helpful

Personel był bardzo pomocny, bardzo pozytywne podejście do gości. Dużym plusem jest fakt, że recepcja jest czynna 24h, można zostawiać u nich klucz do pokoju i nie martwić się o zgubienie. Sam hotel jest dość kameralny, można w dowolnych porach przebywać na dachu z widokiem na morze i okolice. Bardzo blisko do wszelkich niezbędnych atrakcji, plaży, sklepów, restauracji i komunikacji.
