Very kind hosts at reception. I really liked the blue-toned space. The coffee and tea set, which made it easy to prepare something hot at any time, and the option to keep some things in the refrigerator were very helpful. Very close to train station where you can visist absolutely stuning Nerva and other small seaside towns in just 20 minutes.

There is no option to have a breakfest, so you are on your own to eat some places nearby. It is clearly stated so it is nothing wrong - you subscribe for such limitation.

C’est vraiment appréciable d’être accueilli par du personnel lorsqu’on arrive dans un lieu inconnu, d’autant plus quand il parle français. Toute l’équipe a été adorable, avec des explications très claires, notamment pour les différents parkings à proximité (6 € pour 24 h). Leur disponibilité et l’emplacement de l’hébergement rendent l’expérience encore plus agréable, loin de simples contacts virtuels. Merci à toute l’équipe. On a tout aimé

"Car damaged"

Absolutely appalling experience. We paid the hotel for a “recommended” car park, only to return and find our car had been broken into. So much for security. We quite literally paid for the privilege of having our car damaged—something that could just as easily have happened if we’d parked on the street for free. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of care from the staff. The man at reception seemed far more concerned about retrieving his parking tag than about the fact that our car had just been damaged. There was no empathy, no urgency, and no real attempt to help. When we asked for assistance finding a repair shop, we were sent to one that was closed — despite being told it was “definitely open,” and even a quick Google check showed otherwise. It felt careless and dismissive, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Honestly, we would have been better off parking on the street and saving the money. What disappointed us most was not just the incident itself, but how little it seemed to matter to the hotel. We were left feeling like they just wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible
